Production Update - April 9, 2024 (Retailer Interest)

With Chinese New Year and Tomb Sweeping Day behind us, production is back in full swing. As a product expert, it is crucial to ensure that all safety testing is completed to the highest standards for our best-in-class retailer. The kettle has passed with flying colors, undergoing rigorous drop and vibration tests for packaging, as well as materials testing to ensure they are made with the correct FDA-approved materials.

Testing Process and Results

Originally, 30 kettles were made for testing purposes. The goal was to ship out 10 as beta units for customers, but due to the extensive testing efforts and retailer samples needed, only one unit from this lot will be shipped out. This meticulous testing process ensures that the product meets all safety standards and quality requirements before reaching the hands of our customers.

Order Fulfillment and Retail Buyers

A handful of orders are now being fulfilled for our earliest customers. If you are one of them, you can expect a direct call and email from us to discuss the shipping details. It is important for us to maintain clear communication with our customers throughout the process to ensure a seamless experience.

Yes, as mentioned earlier, retailer samples are also being prepared. Selling to retail is notoriously competitive, and meeting the highest safety and quality standards is essential to stand out in the market.  A high-end kitchenware retailer has requested a sample. The samples were just received state side last-night and will ship out as soon a new packaging comes in (likely next week).
