Production Update : July 17th, 2022

Updates on production of 24T, the world's only singing tea kettle. We discovered a problem affecting the seal of the kettle in how two parts mate together. The heat shield  (shown below) and the upper housing don't stay mated together with their current pin/hole and high-temp FDA safe epoxy.  

When pinning the pieces together the kettle seals entirely better and sings "Tea for Two".  We will pin the parts together post production with only some minor mold modifications. This process will allow us to get to market more quickly rather than cutting a new mold.

On July 22 the new music disc will be complete which should solve the two note problem. The new rubberized handle should be complete its second round of revisions. Should all this pass muster we will produce parts, quality control them, then assemble and ship.
